I just signed up and I can't crop my images. So I came here to see if there was a problem, and it's looking like this is nothing new. Free is great, but it doesn't do anyone any good if it doesn't work...

We are currently suffering from an image editing issue that we hope to have resolved by sometime next week.
In the mean time, you may want to edit your images using another image editing program before uploading them into Auctiva.

Yes it is very common for images to screw up when using this FREE service.
I am willing to bet that the images are down or bandwidth is over run about 20% - 25% of the time..
Ebay is simply CRAZY for the fees they want for their image hosting. Money hungrey SOB'S if you ask me.
You would think Ebay would do everything in their power to help your sales. More sales for You means more Profits for Ebay..
Ebay has just gone crazy Charging you for every little feature.
Personally I consider Ebay as a GOLD DIGGING Company, FEE HAPPY, and I use as little of their extra services as possable.

Register a Domain Name, it only costs 9.99.
Use some low costing hosting for your domain, which will run you about 9 bucks per month.
Upload your Ebay images to your own domain and hosting services and The heck with Ebay's high fees and free services that are always DOWN!

I use Auctiva a lot lately but am having problems getting rid of images on closed auctions.
