Is it OK to cancel my account, then start a new one. Too many images to delete...

I have thousands of images going back about 3 years. The wizard does not delete them no matter how many times I try or what settings I use. To delete them manually would take hours. I would like to terminate my account by the end of this month, then rejoin with another user ID. Can that be done?

Lenn, yes you can cancel and rejoin with another user id. I suggest you contact support first...they can walk you thru what you need to do.

Have you tried to raise a support ticket and ask to them to delete all your images for you?

I deleted all my images through wizard without a hitch. It was so good that now all my photos within my listings are boxes with red 'x's. Canceling an account to start a new one would transfer your photos? Do you have current photos in current listings that will be x'd out if you close? Be careful.
