Hi cold_blooded,

Welcome to Auctiva!

While it is possible to add Auctiva's templates to listings that are already active on eBay, it does entail a fairly cumbersome process that requires re-creating each listing using Auctiva's listing design tools. If you would like to give this a shot, you can do so by revising each listing via the following process:

1) Recreate the listing in Auctiva and click "Save". Since you will only be revising the item description, it is only necessary to fill out the “Item Details” section of the lister page.
2) Once you have finished, click the "Save" button.
3) Return to your Saved Listings page and click the <HTML> icon next to the listing.
4) Highlight and copy the HTML that appears in the pop-up window.
5) Scroll down about 1/3 the page to the “Description” section and click the "HTML" tab on the editor.
6) Delete the html that is already there, paste the copied html in its place, and save your changes.

Also, if your current eBay listings end and you decide you would like to re-post them through Auctiva with our templates, you could click the "Closed" link under the "Listings" tab within your account, check the boxes next to the desired ones, and click the "Import Listings" button.

Doing so will send those listings to your Auctiva Saved Listings page from where you can easily add templates to them and re-post them. However, items posted through your Auctiva Saved Listings page would not be considered "relists" by eBay.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
