I thought I had listed all my items using US dollars as opposed to Canadian. I noticed that several were shown in Canadian dollars on eBay. When I re-checked them in Auctiva, I had selected the right one so I don't know if this is a glitch or not. By re-selecting the currency for each item and re-saving it, the currency problem was corrected. Now the issue is how to fix the ones already posted to eBay? I tried eBay's process for revising the listing but changing the currency wasn't an option. What did work was to close the ad and re-list a "similar ad" with the currency fixed. Unfortunately, I was then charged the same fee as if it was a new item. Is there anyway other than what I did to get around this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hi RodRy0,

I was unable to find a help topic on the eBay website about this specific topic but, if it were possible to edit the currency in an active listing, that option would have been available on the eBay "Revise your Item" form. Therefore, it sounds like it is not possible to revise the currency in an active listing.

Unless the option to edit the currency in your active listings was present on the eBay “Revise your Item” form and you just missed it, I don’t believe there was a better way to handle this situation than what you did.
