Is site down or is it being maintained/upgraded?

I am new to auctiva. What is wrong with the site? I haven't been able to log on all morning? It says it is being maintained and it may take a few minutes to a few hours. This maintenance started last night (9/11) at 10pm and it is now 12 hours later. Can anyone help me & tell me what is going on & when can we expect it to be back up & running?
