The scrolling gallery in my ebay posts are showing pictures (some not updated), but no words appear...no title, no price, nothing...just a picture.

And mine is the opposite - the words are there and no pictures. 
I have filed 3 reports about 3 differen issues in as many days. The latest being yesterday when trying to get my scrolling gallery code html, I get an error message in red unable to retrieve my try again or file a report. Can somebody tell me where on the page is the link to post a new topic. I must be stuck on stupid today. 
My item just ended unsold .... however, I noticed that the "new" version of eBay's listing page had about 10% of the top of my scrolling gallery and no description or info until it got down to the BID button area. --- However, the "old" version of the eBay listing page (you can check both versions while eBay is unveiling the new version) is perfectly fine. is AUCTIVA having trouble with the "new" version of eBay's listing page?
