Thanks for letting us know about this. We have not experiencing any technical problems which have caused site down time today so I suspect that there was a connection problem of some sort between your ISP and our systems at the time you encounter this behavior.

Hopefully you have since been able to access the Auctiva website once again but, if you are still encountering this problem, this first things I recommend trying which may resolve the problem are to reset your router and/or modem.

If you are not sure how to reset your router and modem, you should be able to find instructions on how to do so by consulting the instruction manual or contacting the manufacturer's customer support team for each respective device.
