Is there a glitch in the listing price verification?

I am creating a listing for some halloween items. I am listing it for $9.99, regular auction.

When I verify the cost in Auctiva ... it telling me 3 cents???

Is there promotion going on that I can't find in Ebays announcements, or is there a glitch in Auctiva?

Anyone else having this issue?

I've been having problems all weekend. Only way I could even access Activa was to restart my computer. Tried listing after restart and could do all the fill-ins on listing page but nothing else will work...photos, scheduling, saving, etc. I use Vista if that means anything.

Is anyone else still having problems with pics? I am using both Safari and Firefox to try and upload pics, but I keep getting an error message.
Is something going on with Auctiva? I have only started using them since May and this seems to be an ongoing problem, especially on Sunday.
What's up with Live Chat? it's never on line anymore even during the hours stated. Do we no longer have that option?
Any info. would be greatly appreciated.
