IS THERE A ( MAKE AN OFFER ) OPTION ON THE LISTING FORM ?

Hello! Does any one know what happened to the
( make an offer ) option on the listing form?
I remenber listing an item for example $ 24.99 and then a buyer could make a counter offer for a lower price an you could except the offer or decline it.
Did Auctiva decide to drop that option from there listing form ? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you to any one who knows !

Its still there. I used it yesterday. Its right under where you add/upload your pictures.
