Hello, Is anyone else having problems with the Auctive being down??? I'm in the middle of preparing auctions and POOF, Can't view any of my auctions. Only thing I can access is the home page. Thanks

YES! I just spent 20 minutes listing a "lot" of items each with it's own description & like you said "poof" it's gone when I hit the save button. This is not the first time this has happend. It is soooo frustrating to have to start all over again when time is of the essence. Aaarrrggghhh! It alsways happens when I hit the save button too. So it waits until I'm completely done & then it's gone. Does anyone know how to retrieve the listing that vanishes? This is probably my number one complaint wit Auctiva. This never happened when I listed on ebay. Now I can't seem to get back on to do it all over again. I wish this could be fixed.

ifowndit4u, I know it's a bit late but why not create the text offline and paste it in as any glitch on the internet can blow out a great deal of work with any online (browser based)editor.
I would only expect you would lose what you were editing at the time however if you had multiple browser windows open at once to edit several simultaneously you have far more faith in the internet than most.
P.S. sometimes stepping back within the browser can sometime retrieve it if it is still cached (temporarily stored) on your PC. However frustration and frantic key presses can easily blow it away, I've been there. Listing from Auctiva still beats using eBay's tools online or PC based any day and their free !
