Hi OldSalty,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. We do not currently offer any tools that would allow you to save all the images hosted in your Auctiva account to your computer in bulk so, if you would like to accomplish that, you will need to save each image to your computer individually from the Image Management page within your account.

In order to save an image that is located within your Auctiva account to your computer, you will first want to click the thumbnail size version of the image on your Image Management page. Then, when the full size version of the image loads as a result, you can right click the image (assuming you are using a Windows computer) and choose to save it to your computer.

However, if you are just trying to use an from your Auctiva account as the Gallery image in an active eBay listing, all you should need to do is copy the URL for the image in question from the Image Management page within your Auctiva account and input that URL as the Gallery image for the item.

If you are on the Sell your Item or Revise your Item forms directly on the eBay site and you click the “Add/edit images” button, you should be presented with an option called “copy your photos from a web address" which will allow you to copy the image to the listing directly from the image URL.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with this and/or I misunderstood what you are looking to accomplish, please contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will be happy to continue working with you.

-Mike
