I wanna have same listing with different duration or saving the listing as store items without overwriting the orginal posting.
Please help.

If you would like to modify an existing listing while retaining a copy of the existing saved listing as well as the new one, you would need to open the original saved listing, make the desired changes, and then click the "Save as New" button. If you were to click "Post", "Schedule", or "Save" without clicking "Save as New" first, you would overwrite the original saved listing.
This cannot be done in bulk though, so in order to accomplish this with respect to several of your listings, you would need to create each modified copy individually.
