Hi pzptoo,

Thanks for posting your question here. Yes, it is possible to move multiple images to a new folder in bulk. In order to do this, you will first want to go to the Image Management page within your account by mousing over the "Images" tab and selecting the "Manage" option.

Once you are there, you can move images to new folders in bulk by checking the boxes next to the desired images, selecting the folder you would like to move them to from the drop down menu next to the blue "Move to Folder" button, and then clicking the "Move to Folder" button.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

I know this is an old thread but before I start a new one I will follow up here.

The problem isn't moving the images, it is selecting them quickly. I assumed I was missing something here because one can ALWAYS make multiple selections with the SHIFT key. But not here...

I want to be able to move numbers of images from one folder into say, a SOLD folder. I have to scroll and click each tiny box to select each image??
Hi OpportunityDoc,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select multiple images at the same time on the Image Management page within Auctiva using the SHIFT key like you can in Windows and many other applications such as the Auctiva Uploader.

However, there is a box at the very top of the Image Management page just under the "Edit" button that you can click to select all of the images on that page.

While that "Select All" box is the only option available that can be used to select images on that page in bulk, perhaps using that in conjunction with the "Items per page" drop down menu can help you make your selections more quickly.

If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

-Mike
