Is there a way to unistall & then re-install the image uploader?

I can't get the uploader to work even thou it previously worked & the ActiveX has been installed. The last time I used it was in Dec. I haven't had a need to use it until this past Sat & it is no longer working. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi,

There is a manual way to check which ActiveX version of the uploader you have and to remove an ActiveX applet.

Using desktop Explorer, look in your Windows folder for a subfolder called "Downloaded Program Files". You should see a file named "Auctiva Image Uploader Control". If you have the toolbar View set to Details, the current version is 5,5,2,0 (I just installed it to check on new system). To remove the applet, right click the file name and select Remove. Reply YES to the prompt. That follows Microsoft recommendation at Knowledgebase:
