No, unfortunately once a listing is closed there's nothing you can do to change it.

No unfortunately it is best to leave images visible until ebay deletes the listing, handy to show prospective buyers what you have already sold when they check your feedback.

Certainly you must leave them until the buyer has left feedback otherwise they can have you over a barrel, does the written description not cover.

Uploading new pictures would be no proof of being the same and very unlikely to have the same file name on the host and consequently 'address'. So unfortunately uploading any pictures is irrelevant now.

You will have to fight this on the text and remaining pictures, it really depends on whether the buyer has seen the chance of a scam or has made a mistake whether you can win or not.
