I just listed a huge lot of kids clothing but the description was cut in the middle...
The full description can be seen on Auctiva site, but not on ebay.
I wonder if there's a limit for number of letters??? Please help!

Hi there is no limit that I have ever heard of and I am pretty long winded so some of mine would never have made if limited.
I would write support, clear cookies and cache first in both ebay and auctiva and let them know you have done it.
IF you want me to check and see what it shows in my browser, please send item number and I will check in each of my browsers.

Unfortunately I don't know much about PC so I don't know how to "clear cookies and cache" ...
It's strange because everytime I try to revise it, all the description is there. But once I check the listing on ebay, it's not there.
Item # is 220678544195, you can see that writing is cut at "(9)" (it actually continues to #40!)

Hey.. you are right it is cut off in all of my browsers. I wonder if it is the template you used only goes so far? YOu might try putting your photos as thumbnails or in pairs may help?? Just a thought???
I would sure write support and ask when you write them send them auction number.

Hi... I ended my listing once, so I can change the template, make the size of letters smaller, get rid of some pics, etc... none of them worked...
I tried to write to support but couldn't find any form on ebay site. There's a page you can find a similar problems & answers, but not a place I can write them. What am I missing???

Writing support on ebay is like shooting yourself in the leg. . very painful.
Go to ebay page at top toward right there is page says
COMMUNITY click it.
It will take you to CONTACT US page.
YOu will need to put in a subject and jump through hoops trying to guess right one that will take you to chat or phone.
I just put in listing not showing up (which is not exactly accurate but will get you to a chat person)
I put in store issue (IF you do not have store I do not know what to put in). But right now it shows 40 minute wait.. but plan on that changing to 60 minute etc,
Do not let them move off task. . tell them it is not auctiva problem.,
(though I would write auctiva too in case they have seen this before)

I just wish I had been some "real" help.
I would not worry about the Native English Speaker, because to be honest MOST of the people I get on phone do not understand English very well (especially SOUTHERN ENGLISH where we draw oooouuuuuttttt our words).
