Im very new to Auctiva but Im finding it very unstable & frustrating to us as it keeps CRASHING me out & im losing all me listing info im trying to post...

So far I've wasted 4 hours trying to list 2 items....

If im doing something wrong please tell me as I've read & watched the tutorials...

Im getting very annoyed very quickly with the whole system so PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP????....

I don't know why it happens to some people and not others, it used to happen alot to me but now I hardly ever have that problem. Can you try another browser? If you're using IE try Firefox, and vice versa. Try clearing your browser cache.

I use IE version 6.0, I have only been using auctiva a couple of months and have not had the problems you are having. I would go to the help link and ask auctiva tech support.
