Is This Normal or A Bug?

I've been having problems with my listings updating. Support was able to get some of my closed auctions to move from active to closed but I still have some auctions that ended by "Buy It Now" in active.

Is this normal? Do listings not move to closed until the actual initial ending date or is this a bug and should Ibug support again?

RocketJNYC,

Your listings that end with BIN bidders will be removed from your Auctiva store eventually, but it may take take a couple days.

If you would like to remove these listings manually, you can make them hidden in your Auctiva store by going to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Items . On this page you have the option to make listings hidden. Listings that are hidden will not be displayed in your Auctiva store nor will they be displayed in your Auctiva store window the next time it refreshes...it does so about every 2 hours.
