Issue with posting a listing - consistent email error

What do I do when I get this error message?

"Until you have more feedback, you must use the same PayPal payment email address as your eBay email address."

I've gone through and made sure that the emails for both paypal and ebay are the same. So what do I do next?

Hi,

On the assumption you are working OK for submissions directly at eBay and this is a problem with first submission at Auctiva....

On the Auctiva one-page lister for each listing you submit, make sure the PayPal payment address is correct and fully defined, e.g. myaddy@hotmail.com with @url of the eMail host.

Check that you have the correct eBay account linked by checking the eBay Account User name and Email Address in your Auctiva account setting for eBay at the MY ACCOUNT tab.
