.isting from eBay not showing in scrolling screen? as usual...

Hi,
Last night (yesterday)when auctiva was updating their software I decided to list from ebay thinking the item would be included in the scrolling window. I had tried this with a test case earlier and it worked...
What have I done wrong this time? How can I remedy this?
thanks....Oh, forgot to mention, I pasted the HTML for storewindow into the description of my listing and the window is scrolling fine. The problem is, the item is not showing up as an imported listing on auctiva and therefore it is not in the scrolling screen. Help, please...it has been over 14 hours. thanks...

I did file a support case and I am still waiting for the item I listed last night during your update - to be properly imported. I put the html for the scrolling screen in my ebay listing but the item down not appear in the scrolling window. Did I make a mistake in putting it there? When will this be updated? 5 and a half hours ago you said you put me on your priority list...Please help. I'm on a penny budget and I was only doing as you recommended - listing before the update at 11 pm -- and was cut off. If something is wrong on my end please tell me.
