I'm 1 person, and I don't spend all day doing support. So no, I don't have the answer. I did quite a bit in trying things out myself in this case though. I won't be able to try anything tonight because it's maintenance and I'm out of town until Sunday night taking our 3 month old to see his great grand parents in Southern California. I think there is already enough info for someone at Auctiva to look into it. Until then use my work around just type in the date any time you see the pink box.
The image is fine. I'll show them how they can view it when I get back Monday.
