Item and Product Specifics Glitch?

I am only able to edit "Choose Item Specifics" while on createlisting page which is a choice of 'new', "used" or "clear". I get a listing error if I choose anything but clear. When the listing makes it to eBay I can edit it but the previous item values are there (I used an old listing for template).

What happened to the "Custom Item Specifics"? As if I don't have to edit enough now I have to hang around to edit on eBay as well? Is this a known glitch?

I am using Firefox with adblocker enabled. When I go to IE I do see the 2 choices. I don't want to use IE though.

Just heard back from support and it is as I thought. More changes by eBay creates problems everywhere else. Not surprising considering the mine field selling on eBay has become.

By the way this board is a morgue.
