Hi - I tried to find this answer by searching the board....I'm trying to figure out how to specify whether an item is new or used. I see the "choose item specifics" under the category, but the only thing that shows up under it is a check box for "new." Shouldn't there be one for "used" as well?

I've noticed on mine that when the "choose item specifics" link is clicked, a new window opens and it has a 'drop-down' list of "New" or "Used". I'm using IE7 if that helps.

Anthony_Tx is correct! In order to specify whether your item is new or used, you just need to click the "Choose Item Specifics" link that appears directly below the "Category" field once you have selected your category. The fields available in this section will vary by category, but just about every category offers you the ability to specify whether your item is new or used.
