I can't use the item description. The area is blank. I click both options and nothing happens. HELP!!

Sorry but I dont understand your question. The description area is supposed to be blank until you put something in it.

Do you mean it's blank after you type in info?

You might want to check for popup blockers..those could be blocking you in the background without you knowing it.

What browser are you using..some find that using the free browser firefox is very helpful.

There was no box to type the decription into. But it's working now. Now I can't upload pics!
