Hi Fairygodmother,

Thanks for letting us know about this. There is a compatibility issue between the older version of the description editor which is enabled in your account and Internet Explorer 10.0 which causes the editor not to load so, provided you have recently started using Internet Explorer 10.0, I believe you must have encountered this particular issue.

In order to resolve this issue, I recommend updating your Auctiva account to use the newer description editor we have available, which can be done by mousing over the “My Account” tab within your account, selecting the “Acct Preferences” option under “Settings”, checking the box next to “Use Design Editor v2.0” and then clicking the “Update Account Preferences” button below.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to use the older version of the description editor for the time being, you could also work around this issue by switching to another browser such as Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, which can be downloaded at no cost from the following sites:

Google Chrome: http://www.google.com/chrome

We have been gradually working to phase out the older version of the description editor you are using for a while and, as a result, it will not be possible to change back to that version of the editor if you update to the newer one at this time.
