Hi KenKris,

I think I see where your getting those references; the ? to left of the Description section for HELP. Those are unfortunately dated (language) to time before this revision of the one-page lister. Programmers just hate to write documentation. Frown

The Item Description NOW has a simple/Standard mode (default) or an HTML mode, which you should be able to toggle back and forth between. You can also launch (pop-up window) the Full Size Editor and it also has identical Standard and HTML modes. Both modes and the Full-Size feature are very useful when you've got a complicated listing with alot of embedded pics and sections.

If you are unable to launch the Full Size Editor, it may be due to setting on your browser that's blocking. Not being able to toggle between Standard and HTML is a problem, and that I don't have an answer for.

What's your OS (eg. XP) and browser (eg. IE 7)?

Dan
Ken,

When you select to toggle to HTML, does the toggle do nothing, or do you see it (the word HTML) change to Standard? Note, if you wrote a simple line of text with no added features (like a font or font size), you probably wouldn't see a change to the text itself. I just want to make sure the toggle is actually changing mode to HTML by reacting with Standard appearing first.

Dan
If you select HTLM and it doesn't toggle showing the word Standard, that suggests you aren't getting all the code with that browser, or the browser doesn't function correctly with the code loaded.

If you can open a Support Case with Auctiva, they might know whether MAC with that browser has any restrictions or is even supported. I'm not a MAC user, so can't confirm your problem by dupicating the situation. Perhaps a MAC user can comment on the thread or has suggestion, but Auctiva Tech Support probably has best source of knowledge on any issues.

I've used the lister this morning with XP and IE7 and am not having any problems.

Dan
