Item Description Erased

Please Help.

I am having trouble with the Item Description on Saved and New Listings. Whether I type new material or cut & paste from Saved Listings, the Description does not "save" once I hit the Save, Save as New, Preview, or Load from a Saved Profile.

I have not had this problem in the past. I just noticed it yesterday.

Hi bobcat1970,

We haven't made any changes to our software that would account for this behavior, so there is most likely a caching or other browser issue on your end that is contributing to this problem. Certain internet security products or browser toolbars have also been known to cause similar problems.
