what had been there for 5 months is now gone. although i see it in the edit profile area,it does not come up in the listing area! how do i fix?

I suggest filing a support case and letting them know exactly which saved listing of yours is causing this problem. They can then get someone to investigate and see what is happening.

None of the descriptive text in the Item Details Profile does not Load when I try and load the Item Details. We use about 20 of these which are formatted. While they appear in the ID Profile they do not load any descriptive text.
I also want to add that the Item Template Title field does not fill when trying to load the Item Description Profile.
These are on new listings only and not saved listings. However, if I try and load an ID Profile it will erase all of the description in the Description field. We don't use html.
