This question ties into my last thread: Since I began using auctiva for my listings I have noticed that my auctiva store window is at the very beginning of my listing and seems to have also replaced eBays vital Item Specifics that I was used too listing through eBay. This has become a serious oversight by me.... I didnt realize the Description:
"Item Specifics - Diecast, Toy Vehicles
Type: Car - NHRA Scale: 1:24
Pro Stock Material: Diecast
Brand: Action Year of Release: 1997
Condition: Used"
was missing and it became and issue with one of my last winning bidders when he thought he was bidding on plastic models....as opposed to DIECAST. With that said I would like additional guidance as to moving the store window to the bottom of my listings. Also, am I to understand that listing through auctiva I need to add the item specifics in my auctiva listing because they will no longer show up at the beginning of my listing? Thanks T.J.

Hi TJ, I missed this one too when I first started using Activa.

When you create your listing and select your category, an item "specifics" option should appear directly below the category box. You have to click the option. It should show you a pop-up box where you can select item specifics.

To move the store window to the bottom of your listings, you have 2 options.

1. If you know how to work with HTML, Click "Store Window" directly under the "Store" Tab. Go to "Store Window HTML". You can copy this HTML and edit into any position in your auction.

2. You can create a your own custom template and position the store html whereever you want it. To create a custom template, select the option "Custom Template" under the Listings tab.
