I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. I am not aware of any current technical issues that would explain the behavior you have described, but hopefully we can help you find a solution to the issue through some troubleshooting.

If you have not done so already, the first thing I recommend trying which could potentially clear up this behavior is to clear your browser cache and then close and re-open your browser.

I also noticed that your account is still configured to use an older description editor which we have been working to phase out for quite some time, so you could update your account to use the newer description editor we have available and see if that alleviates the issue.

You can update your account to use this newer description editor if you would like by mousing over the “My Account” tab within your account, selecting the “Acct Preferences” option, checking the box next to “Use Design Editor v2.0” in the “Listing Management” section and then clicking the “Update Account Preferences” button below.

However, given that we are in the process of phasing out the older description editor that is currently enabled within your account, it would not be possible to resume using it again once your account has been updated to use the newer one.
