Item price change, store window stays same? How to change it?

When you lower the prices of store items, we are unable to retrieve that information because eBay does not generate a "seller event", which is a notification that something needs to be updated. This "bug" is something that we plan on addressing as part of a future release.

In the mean time, when you lower the prices of your items, please file a support case regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page and request that we update your Auctiva store/store window prices manually:

Thanks for the information. I did not end up having to file a support case. Next time I checked, the window had been automatically updated. Could it be that the window updates after a time all by itself?

If you have lowered the prices of eBay store items, you will need to file a support request for assistance with updating those prices. All other price changes should be updated automatically according to the following approximate schedule:

Our listing maintenance, which updates title, current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time on your active listings page is done about every 6 hours.

Once your updated prices are reflected on your active listings page, they should be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
