Item sold but nothing showing that here?

They should update at within 6 hours. They have been having some server problems.
Go to the Sales tab for closed listings.

Well its been well over 36 hours on some items and i still have nothing listed in CLOSED

Everything still looks like there has'nt even been a bid on them and they have already been bought!

Now im not using the checkout here as ive heard there has been problems ...... so could that be the reason??

I have items that ended yesterday, and aren't showing up in the Sales Tab. I have some items that I want to buy insurance for - they aren't there. If they don't show up by tomorrow morning, I'll be forced to purchase USPS insurance!

The items I sold on Satuday still haven't shown up in the Sales Tab. I had to buy insurance through USPS instead of Auctiva!

Oh my! Im just getting started and not at ll experienced with selling on ebay, I hope someone can answer these questions and address these concerns? The sat sales and not showing on auctiva scares me to death and I havent even started! Came today, uploaded pics at auctiva, started to get the profiles done and already a snag!

Ok i think its been long enough for my items sales to show up now.

Ive got items that sold on december 9th and they still show as active and with NO bids!

And they are also still showing up in the showcase with time remaining!!

And some of my newer items arent showing up in the showcase.

Whats the deal??

I'm not using the auctiva checkout or insurance but i would like to .......... but im scared to death to even try it when i see things like this.

Auctiva is a great auction builder site but unfortunately ........... thats all im able to use it as.
