Without being able to check the specific category where you are encountering this, it is difficult to say what may be occurring for you. There are no widespread indications of an issue with Custom Item Specifics at this time, so we would need to take a look at the particulars of the listing where you are encountering this to provide more information.

I suggest that you file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the listing in your account where you have encountered difficulty with Custom Item Specifics and the category where this is occurring so we can look into this for you.
