Hello I am new here so please forgive me if I stumble.
Is anyone else having problems with Item Specifics? Everytime I click on it I am asked to sign in? I have cleared my browser history etc and retried but it happens every time. Most frustrating. Any suggestions? I have reported the problem but do not have the time to wait for a reply as I have a mass of stuff to list and little time in which to do it.

Thanks for letting us know about this. I'm not aware of any technical problems on our end that would account for the behavior you have described, so I suspect we'll be able to help you get to the bottom of this through a little troubleshooting.
