Item specifics

When I complete my listing I always use 'Item Specifics'. But when the listing appears on eBay my Item Specifics have disappeared. This did not used to happen. Is anyone else having the same problem? And what can I do about it? Thanks.

Hi are you using ITEM SPECIFICS?? Or the one under it that says CUSTOM SPECIFICS???

If you are using ITEM you need to delete that and do with CUSTOM. Ebay to my knowledge no longer recognizes the ITEM SPECIFICS. I do not know that for a fact.. but know they have been in many of my categories.

Is it different on ebay.com then, because we are using ITEM SPECIFICS on ebay.co.uk and have been having no problems?
