I'm just wondering if anyone else is currently experiencing problems with the Custom Item Specifics when creating a new or editing a saved listing?
I'm in the UK and have been using Auctiva for just over a month and since last Friday have had problems with Custom Item Specifics. At first I had to click the link several times for them to display, but since Saturday they don't display correctly at all. I'll try and attach a picture of what I get.
Yes, I've contacted support and have received a couple of initial responses, one to say that the case is being passed onto the next level of support and then to say it would be passed onto an engineer. But, that was two days ago and despite my requesting an update, I've heard no more from them.
Obviously I am very disappointed that this problem exists in the first place and that support now seem to be ignoring me. There's actually a lot I like about the Auctiva web tools and I want to keep on using them, but it's got to work otherwise it's useless to me.
So, if anyone else has had the same problem, please let me know, is it fixed for you and if so how?
