Item Specifics

Hi,
I could have sworn I recently saw a drop down for being able to include Item Specifics (i.e.) New, used, reproduction. I need to include this for my items to qualify for ebay express and for the life of me I can't seem to find it now. Any help would be very appreciated

It only shows up for certain categories, why I dont know..its the same on ebay though, or used to be..I havent listed using ebay in so long It could be different now.

shows up after you select category (if there's any available for said category)
