Hello. Currently experiencing a loss of item specifics on items currently scheduled as well as some categories in Create New not showing the option for item specifics after choosing a category. When item specifics option does appear the options are limited.

Not sure if noteworthy: Store categories has moved from centered to left aligned. Is something changing with create listing page and when is it expected to be functional again? Thanks

Hello All,

We did encounter some technical difficulties yesterday that caused some issues with item specifics for some categories, however our engineers resolved that issue. If you are still encountering difficulty with Custom Item Specifics in a listing and have logged out of your account, cleared your browser cache and then logged back in - please let us know the details of what you are currently experiencing in a support case - or continue with an existing support case, letting us know the title of an item where you are having difficulty and the category this is occurring in so we can look into it further.
