Item Specifics Window Crashes Internet Explorer

It often does this but it has been doing this all day. Am I the only one this is happening to? It's very frustrating as I have wasted most of a valuable day. Is it anything to do with my PC? Or is it just a dodgy connection Auctiva's end? Any help appreciated.

Hi Izzy. I don't know if you got help with this or not. I used to have the same problem with explorer. I now use firefox and it seams to work better with Auctiva. Also if you are in the middle of something and it closes it will restore your session. If you can find the version before 3.0 it is better.
