Item Title - How to change this on an active listing

Hi,

You should be able to change both the listing Title and the title that appears in the Description section of the listing using the eBay Revise listing.

Once you make those changes, the auction Title should sync back to Auctiva on the next periodic update....usually about every 4 hours....to appear correctly in the Scrolling Store Window and gallery.

wow thanks for the very quick reply.

with the title i changed it with the ebay revise tool about 12hrs ago but the auctiva scrolling gallery is yet to change. Do i only have to change the one title entry when revising via ebay?

There are actually two Titles using Activa's templates. There is a standard Listing Title and there's a repeat of that title that normally appears at the top of the Description section of the listing. To get it right, you need to locate and change both using eBay's Revise listing. That will update immediately at eBay, so you won't have a bidder problem.

The standard Listing Title is the one that should sync back, but it does depend on Auctiva's process. That usually runs about every 4 to 6 hours, but there are occassions where it doesn't. You can open a Support Case and ask them to sync it for you if it's been that long.
