Items don't show in store window | Auctiva

Just how long should it be before items show up in window? I posted an oven(7582579268) and it's still not showing up. The other day it was over 24hrs. What would be a normal time frame? At what point should I make mention of the delay? And where would the proper place be to report it's failure to show up?

It generally takes 4-6 hours for a listing posted via eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appear in your Auctiva store. I've placed your account on the list to reconcil with eBay so this listing should be imported in 4-6 hours.

If you feel its been too long and your listings have still not imported, feel free to file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page.

4 to 6hrs is fine but My listing are taking 24 or more hrs.

The oven( 7582579268) was posted on Jan 17 at 7:57 PST and it's still not up. That 2 Days !

It's 10:15 cdt and I just check the window running on the car I have posted and the Oven still is up.
