Hi itsjustme,

Thanks for making us aware of these relist failures. I am not aware of any technical problems that caused posting (or relisting) errors yesterday so I am not sure why the relists you mentioned failed to be submitted to eBay. I also could not find these errors on your Scheduled Listings page so they appear to have been removed since you posted this thread.

In any event, I recommend attempting to relist these items again if you have not done so already. If they fail to relist a second time, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and clicking the “File Support Case” option and we will see if we can find the cause of the failures.

Hi Bluesky007,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you have encountered. If you open up eacn your listings which failed to post on your Saved Listings page and then click the "Error Check" button, our system will check the listing for errors and then display the details of any errors that are found along the top of the page.

I just reviewed the ones that were modified most recently and it appears that the listings could not be posted because you did not choose a domestic shipping service and cost or enter a domestic handling time from within the Shipping Tools section.

It is not possible to post items to eBay without providing domestic shipping information, but you should be able to post these items as soon as you have corrected these errors. Since your listings were created for the eBay US site, your “domestic” shipping options should reflect the shipping that is available to the US, even though you are located in Sweden.

Phone support is not available within your account but, if you need further assistance with this, please feel free to write to our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

Hi Bluesky007,

You're welcome.

It is only possible to place up to 24 images in the regular Auctiva Image Selection section on the lister page, but you can potentially place as many more images as you would like directly into the description editor using the “Insert an Auctiva Hosted Image” button (which has a landscape icon on it) on the editor toolbar

Just keep in mind that any images you place in the Auctiva Image Selection section will be automatically resized to about 400 x 300 px and contain the “Click to Supersize” option whereas images you place directly into the description editor will be displayed at full size within your description.

If you place an image within the description editor and decide that it is too large, you should be able to compress the size of the image by selecting it with your cursor and then dragging one of the squares that appear on the corners of the image toward the center.

-Mike
