Items missing not showing in ebay store

Hi I'm new here, having sent my first listing to ebay via auctiva.However, some of my listings have gone missing from my ebay store!! Why? Please help!

Hi, they may not appear in the store for a few hours, longer (3 - 7hrs) if they are being vetted by eBay.

i have the same problem, i spent 3 nights doing all my listing on my ebay shop and as soon as i signed up for Auctiva, everything in my shop is gone. When i look at them from My Ebay, they are still there, but when i try to look at the items from My Shop view or try looking at my shop from a different account, nothing's there. Is that a common thing? will they really come back online after a few hours?
