Items Missing Out Of Auctiva Store Since Maintenance

I don't know if this is happening to anyone, but I opened an Auctiva Store and added over 100 items in it and after Wednesday nigh Maintenance only 14 came back in the store; that's one problem. Number two problem-items that had ended that I did not intend to list back was entered back with a November 2, end date,(I didn't list them back so I don't know what happen there). Third someone else stock is mixed in with the 14 that came back.

Does anyone knows what happen here and what I can do to fix this? Another thing how do I get all my ebay items tranfered to Auctiva Store? All that work I have done, I don't have the time to do that all over. Thanks for your time and help.
