When you first log on to Auctiva, there is an "event" field in the upper right hand corner. Click on the red number on the far right. This should tell you why your scheduled listings are not being posted. If a scheduled listing does not post in time, Auctiva stops trying to post it. That may be the problem

You may want to file a support ticket on the bottom of the help page.
Thanks so much for the really fast replies!! I did not schedule the listings for a later time, but the message I got said "not listed in time" - that was the error? I'll check into this further.

Usually I prepare my auctions, check and double check - then check the boxes of auctions to list and have no problem. So this is odd. Thanks again - Laura
don't give up!

when you post an auction through Auctiva my guess is that it goes into a queue to be posted to E-BAY. sometimes it takes a few minutes. if you re-post it you will end up with a duplicate.

i'm also guessing that when you get that 'not posted in time' error, it means that the listing did not post because either E-BAY or Auctiva was too busy at the time to complete the API call.

at that point it should be safe to either re-post or re-schedule the listing without creating a duplicate.
