Items Not Showing as "sellers other items for sale" in EBAY

Help me please
i have posted my ads through auctiva to ebay, they are showing my ebay as active items but if i open my ad in ebay then click the "veiw sellers other items" it says i have no items for sale??? what have i done wrong????

Hi, not to worry, they appear in 'active' first but can take a few hours to be indexed and appear elsewhere including searches.

Thank god for hat, thought i was being an idiot lol
is that because im using a 3rd party (auctiva) as when i usually post through ebay they are immediate

I believe Auctiva has said this delay is common from any third party listing service, Auctiva is the only one I have used.
