Items not updating, cannot add a new marketplace account

None of my items are appearing in my auctiva showcase or store window. I also cannot add a new marketplace account. When I try I get an error that tells me to try again in several hours. Any ideas?

If you file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page, our support staff will assist you with this matter.

It generally takes 4-6 hours from when you generate your eBay token for all of your listings to be imported and appended with the Auctiva store window.
