Items showing in store window?

Auctiva will append your eBay listings and insert the window. It should be within 6 hours. However, there have been some reconciling issues with the window lately.

Not always so. For past week none of my recent eBay posted listings have been picked up by Activa. Used to but it stopped about a week ago. The number of eBay posted listings growing and the Activa listings now showing are gradually getting smaller. I see they're adding more services ... yet the bugs not worked out of what was already there ... terrible situation!

I'm having the same issue. I listed 6 items thru eBay (with my own image hosting) about 2 days ago and they are not showing up in my store nor my store window. It's only showing items that are slate to end on Dec 15-16, and none of them which are due to end next week.

Could this be avoided if I listed thru Auctiva directly? And will those other 6 items ever show up in the store or are they done for?

When you list through Auctiva, the listings will appear in your Auctiva store immediately.

However, normally listings import about every 4 hours. We're working hard to get our reconciler back up to speed and once we do, hopefully these issues will vanish.

We appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

On December 9th, I listed items through ebay. The store window did not show up until December 13th. I added 6 more items yesterday in the morning and another 5 items last night. None of those are showing in the store window at all. Seems is takes longer that every couple hours.
