iten desription in listing

My item descriptions are lost every time I save. I noticed that I do not have the icons for "design mode" when I try to do new listing or edit a saved listing. Images and all other items are saved correctly. I am using Mac platform. Could this be problem? This is my first experience with Auctiva and I am very discouraged. I see the potential with it and would like to make it work. Any ideas out there?

Try using Firefox as your browser. A free download is available at http://www.mozilla.com/Firefox
