Going through my saved listings and there is one labeled 'its a dummy listing' which contains photo's I didn't use etc. - Someone else made this listing and attatched it to my account. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?
Lizzy..Change your ebay password NOW!, if you have not already! This did happen to my friend, someone put a motorcycle on her listings and she was selling polo shirts. Also contact Ebay and let them know, so you can get a credit, if you have been charged. This is serious. I would also change your paypal password there too. If you have one. Looks as if someone has your password. Also after changing your password on ebay you'll need to get a new token here on Auctiva. Becareful and change your password often, some say about every 3 months to be safe.
Ask ebay how to go about ending that item, will they do it? Or do you have to?
Thank you all for responding - I acted upon all advice - I even filed a support claim though I have filed several in the past without any aknowledgement or response. LT9
You're also checking the status of the support ticket that you file, right?
Also when you file you receive an immediate email notification of Auctiva receipt. You might wanna check your Spam/Junk folder for that or your email carrier might be deleting them without your knowledge.
You have nothing to worry about. That "dummy listing" was created by one of our support representatives when they were testing out certain functions within your account. Feel free to delete this listing from your account.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
Note: if you proceed, you will no longer be following .
